Check out some of our frequently asked questions below before taking your tour with us. If you have a question that has not been answered below, feel free to head over to our contact page and send us an email. You can also call us on the number provided but please keep in mind that we are often out on the water. Leave a voicemail with some details about your enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

All equipment needed for our above and below water tours are provided. If you are an experienced diver and would like to bring your own flippers, or wetsuit etc, feel free to do so and just let your instructor know before departure. Depending on the weather, a warm waterproof jacket for the boat tours should be worn. 

We are constantly checking weather updates to ensure our tours can safely operate. If there is bad weather expected, we will notify you by email with a standby notification that your tour may be cancelled. As soon as we have confirmation the tour can not go ahead or can go ahead, we will send you a confirmation email/text message. This notification can be sent the same day as your tour. If you are unable to participate in the next available time slot, we will provide you with a voucher that you can redeem at a later date. 

All our tours depart from the San Remo Jetty in San Remo. Our staff will be waiting to greet you in the car park and escort you to the boats.

All Tickets (including all types of gift certificates and group booking vouchers) are non-refundable.

Cancellations requested within 2 days prior to the booking are subject to approval and may be transferable if approved.

There is a good chance you may experience some spray from the water while on our boat tours. We suggest wearing a jacket if the weather is cool and we provide plastic ponchos upon request.

All vouchers are valid for three years from purchase date.
